By accessing and using Lead2Client CRM ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. Lead2Client CRM reserves the right to make changes to these Terms of Service at any time and without notice.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Lead2Client CRM for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modifying or copying the materials
  • Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
  • Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transferring the materials to another person or mirroring the materials on any other server

Lead2Client CRM makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Lead2Client CRM or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Lead2Client CRM, even if Lead2Client CRM or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Lead2Client CRM could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Lead2Client CRM does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Lead2Client CRM may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

Lead2Client CRM has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Lead2Client CRM of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements we may enter into to provide the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. User Accounts

If you create an account on Lead2Client CRM, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized uses of your account.

10. Payment Terms & Cancellation

By subscribing to Lead2Client CRM, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. All purchases are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued. You can cancel your subscription at any time by canceling directly in your CRM in the account management section. Alternatively, cancellation requests can be submitted to [email protected]. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. Cancellations require 72-hour notice with no exceptions.

11. A2P Approvals and System Limitations

We are not responsible for any limitations in service functionality, message delivery, or outreach delays resulting from Application-to-Person (A2P) registration requirements or the approval process mandated by mobile carriers and service aggregators. While we may assist in facilitating the A2P process where applicable, we make no guarantees regarding the timing, outcome, or success of A2P registrations.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable messaging regulations and approval requirements. Any charges incurred as a result of communications sent using the CRM, including but not limited to SMS, MMS, voice calls, or ringless voicemails, are solely the responsibility of the user.

12. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Harassing or causing harm to others
  • Transmitting obscene or offensive content
  • Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our Service
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Using the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of any laws

13. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on Lead2Client CRM, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lead2Client CRM or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this website is the exclusive property of Lead2Client CRM and is protected by international copyright laws.

14. Termination

Lead2Client CRM may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms of Service.
